Parties. Estimate Ready (“Provider”) and the business named in the signature block below (“Contractor”). Effective on the date Contractor signs.
1. What Provider does. Provider advertises Contractor's garage floor coating services to homeowners in the Service Area, qualifies interested homeowners, books in-home estimate appointments into availability windows Contractor supplies, confirms each appointment with the homeowner, and sends Contractor the appointment details.
2. What Contractor does. Contractor supplies availability windows, a typical price range for display to homeowners, service ZIP codes, a minimum job scope, and job photos or video. Contractor attends each confirmed appointment on time, confirms receipt of each booking within four business hours, and reports the outcome of each appointment (held, no-show, quoted amount, won) within 48 hours through the link Provider supplies.
3. Held Estimate. A Held Estimate is an appointment where all of the following are true: the homeowner or an authorized decision-maker requested it; the property is inside the Service Area; the project meets the minimum scope in Schedule A; the homeowner was shown Contractor's typical price range before booking; and Contractor and the homeowner met at the property.
4. Not billable. A homeowner no-show (until rebooked and held); a property outside the Service Area; a renter without authority; a duplicate of a contact Contractor already holds, within 90 days, shown by record within 48 hours; a cancellation by Contractor (rescheduled; a second Contractor cancellation of the same homeowner counts as held).
5. Fees and payment. Nothing is charged at signing. Contractor saves a payment card through Stripe. When the first appointment is confirmed, Provider charges a deposit of $360, credited against the first two Held Estimates. Each further Held Estimate is charged weekly at $180. The pilot is capped at five Held Estimates in 30 days unless both parties agree in writing to more. Any unused deposit is refunded within five business days after day 30. Contractor authorizes Provider to charge the saved card for amounts due under this section.
6. Disputes. Contractor may dispute a charge in writing within 48 hours of the outcome report, stating which condition in section 3 or 4 applies. Provider resolves a valid dispute by refund or credit within five business days.
7. Exclusivity. During the term, Provider will not book appointments for any other garage floor coating company in the Service Area. Contractor is free to use any other marketing.
8. Advertising permission. Contractor permits Provider to use Contractor's business name, license number, and supplied photos and video in advertising and on a landing page that names Contractor as the service provider. Provider will make no price claims other than the range Contractor supplies.
9. Data and privacy. Provider owns the lead records and consent records it collects and keeps them under its privacy policy. Contractor receives the details of the appointments it is booked for and may use them to serve those homeowners. Neither party will sell or share homeowner data with third parties.
10. No guarantee. Provider does not guarantee that any appointment will result in a sale. Contractor is responsible for pricing, quoting, and performing the work.
11. Term and ending. Thirty days from the effective date. Either party may end the agreement at any time by written notice; appointments already confirmed will be honored and billed under section 5.
12. Relationship. The parties are independent businesses. Nothing here creates an employment, agency, or partnership relationship.
13. Law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the state where Contractor's business is located.
