Privacy policy
Effective October 21, 2026
Estimate Ready is a scheduling service. We help homeowners book free in-home estimates with independent garage floor installers. This policy explains what we collect when you use this site and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you tell us: your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, address (when you book), and your answers about your garage and timing.
- How you found us: the ad or link you came from (such as UTM tags and Meta click IDs), the page address, your IP address, and your browser type.
- A record of your consent to be contacted: the exact wording you agreed to, when, and the price range you were shown.
How we use it
- To schedule your estimate and confirm it with you.
- To contact you about your estimate by phone, text, and email, as you agreed.
- To measure which ads work, using the Meta Pixel.
- To keep records of bookings, outcomes, and consent.
Who we share it with
- The installer performing your estimate receives your name, contact details, address, and garage details so they can serve you.
- Service providers that run this site for us: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Cal.com (scheduling), Resend (email), and Meta (ad measurement).
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other installers.
Texts and calls
If you agreed to be contacted, we or the installer may call or text you about your estimate. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Message and data rates may apply.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to schedule and follow up on your estimate and to keep business records, and then delete it.
Your choices
To see, correct, or delete your information, or to stop all contact, email jordan@estimateready.com.
Children
This site is for homeowners and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
